FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Mars Petcare US has voluntarily recalled select bags of PEDIGREE dry dog food over concerns that the bags may contain loose pieces of metal, which could pose a health hazard to your pet.
The recall applies only to 44-pound bags of PEDIGREE Adult Complete Nutrition Grilled Steak & Vegetable Flavor Dry Dog Food.
According to the company, the affected products have a best-by date of March 4, 2025 and lot code 410B2TXT02. This limited voluntary recall affects only 315 bags of dry dog food sold by Walmart in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
