Is every article on Great Pet Care reviewed by a veterinarian?

All Great Pet Care content is written by board-certified veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians, licensed animal trainers and behaviorists, or experienced journalists.

Articles that are not written by veterinarians are reviewed for medical accuracy by our team of veterinary partners to ensure the information is accurate and reliable. We have strict sourcing guidelines and use peer-reviewed study data, veterinary research institutions, and quotes from experts to back up facts and claims.

Additionally, all pet health content is reviewed and amended on an annual basis to ensure it remains up to date.

How are content recommendations inside of the account determined?

Right now, the Great Pet Care Account provides content recommendations to pet parents that are curated based on the pet parent’s self-selected categories within the Great Pet Care Account. Pet parents can choose from content categories they are interested in, including Health & Wellness, Behavior & Training, Nutrition, and more.
