Does Great Pet Care fulfill non-US requests?

We currently fulfill non-US requests if your veterinary clinic has an email address for us to contact.

What reminders does Great Pet Care set for my pet?

Once your pet’s medical records are obtained, Great Pet Care automatically sets reminders for:

  • Rabies
  • Distemper
  • Leptospirosis
  • Bordetella
  • Fecal Exams
  • Heartworm Test
  • Annual Exams

Using the app

How do I add a pet?

  1. At the top of your Great Pet Care app, there is a dropdown menu where you can select “Add New”.
  2. Fill out your pet’s information.

How do I delete a pet?

  1. Tap on your pet’s photo.
  2. Select “Edit” on the top right corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete pet?”

How do I add my pet’s vaccinations manually?

Open the Great Pet Care mobile app

  1. In the “Pets” tab of your Great Pet Care app, select the “Records” button on top.
  2. Select “Current Vaccines”.
  3. Select “Add vaccine manually”.

How do I upload documents for my pet?

  1. In the “Pets” tab of your Great Pet Care app, select the “Records” button.
  2. Select “Full History”.
  3. “Upload a Document” button on top.

How do I add events to my timeline?

In the “Pets” tab of your Great Pet Care app, select the “Add Activity” button.

How do I edit my timeline events?

Tap on the timeline post that you’d like to edit. You cannot edit timeline posts that come directly from your vet’s office.

How do I add multiple vets?

  1. In the “Vets” tab of your Great Pet Care app, tap “Select a Vet”.
  2. You can search for your vet, or if you don’t see your vet listed, please email [email protected] to get the vet added.

How do I add friends and co-owners?

Open the Great Pet Care mobile app

  1. In the “Pets” tab of your Great Pet Care mobile app, select your pet’s profile.
  2. Select “Edit” in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Add another Owner +”.
  4. Follow the prompts.

What do I do with my deceased pet’s profile?

We’re so sorry for the loss of your pet! To update their profile:

  1. In the “Pets” tab of your Great Pet Care app, select your pet’s profile.
  2. Select “Edit” in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and let us know that your pet has passed.
  4. Select “Save” in the top right corner to preserve their records.

How do I delete my account?
